Hello, and welcome. We thought it was time to officially introduce ourselves and share the heart behind Couvertier Legacy Inspires. We are Malcolina and Roberto Couvertier - husband and wife, parents, authors, educators, ministry leaders, and two people who are still learning what it means to follow God faithfully in every season.
What began with one children's book has grown into a shared vision for encouraging families, teaching biblical truth, and creating resources that can be passed from one generation to the next. We did not begin with a perfect plan. We began with the gifts, experiences, burdens, and opportunities God had already placed in our hands.
Where the Story Began
Years ago, Malcolina published her first children's book, Kevin: The Boy Who Learned to Pray. The story grew from a simple but important desire: to help children understand that prayer is not only for adults, pastors, or special occasions. Children can speak to God. They can bring Him their fears, questions, gratitude, and needs. They can begin learning, even while they are young, that God hears His people and that His Word teaches us how to know and worship Him.
That first book opened the door to more writing. The work eventually grew to include Christian children's stories, adult testimony books, devotionals, and resources shaped by faith, healing, family life, and biblical truth. Upcoming projects such as the women's devotional Held by Grace continue that same purpose: meeting readers in real life while directing them away from self-reliance and back to Christ.
Two Different Gifts One Shared Purpose
Malcolina has spent many years teaching and working with children. That experience has shaped the way she writes, speaks, and creates. She wants children to encounter truth in language they can understand, and she wants adults to find encouragement that is honest about pain without losing sight of the faithfulness of God. Her testimony has taught her that our hardest chapters do not have to become the final definition of our lives.
Roberto is a musician and ministry leader whose greatest love is teaching the Word of God. He has a particular heart for helping young adults and adults understand Scripture, think carefully about what they believe, and grow deeper in their relationship with Christ. He does not want people to depend only on a sermon clip, a social-media post, or another person's study. He wants believers to open the Bible, examine the text, and learn to handle God's Word faithfully.
Together, we also serve as youth and children's leaders at our church. Serving young people and raising our family have made the need for intentional discipleship impossible to ignore. The next generation is always learning from the words we speak, the choices we make, the way we repent, and the place God's Word truly holds in our home.
More Than a Place to Sell Books
Couvertier Legacy Inspires is not simply a storefront. Books are part of what we do, but they are not the whole story. This is a place for biblical encouragement, family-centered conversations, Nugget of the Day teachings, behind-the-scenes moments, upcoming projects, and resources designed to help people become more firmly rooted in truth.
We care deeply about faith, family, God's Word, purpose, and legacy. For us, legacy is not about making our own name great. It is about faithfully using what God has entrusted to us so that others are pointed to Christ. It is teaching our children the truth, serving the church, encouraging families, and creating resources that may continue speaking long after the first conversation is over.
What You Can Expect Here
You can expect content that encourages you, but you can also expect content that challenges you to open your Bible and examine what Scripture actually says. You will find Christian books and resources, faith and family conversations, teaching for different generations, and practical encouragement for living out truth at home.
We do not know everything God has planned for this next chapter, but we are grateful you are here to walk alongside us. Our prayer is simple: may everything we create point people back to Christ, strengthen families, and leave a godly legacy for generations to come.
Questions for Reflection
- What has God already placed in your hands that could be used to encourage someone else?
- What kind of faith-filled legacy are you building in your home and community?
A Prayer
Lord, thank You for every gift, story, and opportunity You have entrusted to us. Keep our hearts humble and our work faithful. Let what we create point people to Christ, strengthen families, and serve the generations coming behind us. Amen.
